Refund policy
At Limelight Costumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer exchanges, we do accept returns. If you require a replacement, you are welcome to place a new order with the necessary adjustments.
To initiate a return:
Contact us at info@limelightcostumes.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
The physical garment must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date for inspection.
Please note:
If a garment is not received by Limelight within 30 days of the original purchase date—regardless of whether contact was made by Day 15—it will no longer be eligible for return and will be considered a change of mind.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
Returned garments must meet the following criteria to qualify for a refund:
1. Must be clean and free of dirt, stains or odours
2. The hygiene sticker must be intact
3. All tags must be attached
4. Must be unworn and in original condition
If a return does not meet the above standards, you will be notified via email.
You will have the option to forfeit the garment or cover the cost to have it returned to you.
Refund Details:
If your return is approved:
You will receive a full refund for the product and applicable taxes.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of inspection.
There is no restocking fee, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality and Defects Policy
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Limelight Costume. If you believe your item has a defect or quality issue, please reach out to us at info@limelightcostumes.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
To begin the process, please include:
1. A description of the issue
2. Clear photographs of the concern
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement is applicable.
Please note:
General wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Damage due to improper sizing, washing, or wear is also not considered a manufacturing defect.

Rhinestone Policy
Rhinestones are a beautiful part of many Limelight designs, and while we take great care in their placement and application, it is normal for some rhinestones to loosen or fall off over time, especially with regular use.
Please keep in mind:
Rhinestones are more likely to pop if a garment is too small or overly stretched.
We intentionally avoid placing rhinestones along seam lines or in areas likely to require alterations.
Each costume that includes rhinestones will come with a small bag of extra stones so you can easily replace or add stones as needed throughout the season.
Loose or missing rhinestones do not qualify as a defect under our Quality and Defects Policy.
