We do not accept exchanges, but we do accept returns that meet our policy criteria. To start a return, email us at info@limelightcostumes.com within 15 days of receiving your costume.

Garments must be received within 30 days of purchase in clean, unworn condition with all tags and the hygiene sticker intact. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund for the product and applicable taxes (original shipping not included). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
