Limelight Teamwear began with a devoted “Dance Dad” who, after countless weekends at competitions, noticed the industry lacked fashionable, functional apparel for studios and teams. What started as a passion project to design better teamwear for his daughter and her teammates quickly evolved into a full-scale business—one built on innovation, performance, and style.
A Designer’s Vision Joins the Team
Erika joined the Limelight team, bringing decades of experience in fashion design and a deep understanding of the dance industry. With a background that includes five years as Head Designer for Paula Lishman and over 20 years running her own costume company, Erika brought an elevated design sensibility and technical expertise. Her arrival marked the beginning of a new creative chapter for Limelight.
